"The Cabana in Hatteras is perfect for a couple or small family to stay close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the community. Best coffee in the area! The management was super helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The pool at the club house was very nice and our teens enjoyed too. We loved sitting on the decks especially the top one. If you are looking for a quaint place near the beach this is for you! "

"Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. "

"Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property."
