"Nothing works no hot water one day no electricity bad smell front gate didn’t close so anyone could come in - very poor upkeep worse place we’ve ever stayed. Pool horrible, trip hazards everywhere. Not enough cookware/dishes for a workable kitchen. Broken down hotel and NOT like the pictures. Other ratings are not likely people who stayed there. Only positive was the great Dutch desk clerk who was doing his best in a bad situation. "

"Our stay was fantastic. The condo views were beautiful overlooking the water. The house reef, Bari Reef was wonderful. We even enjoyed a night dive with two tarpon that followed us around the reef most of the dive. Several delicious restaurants within walking distance of the Sand Dollar.
