"If we were any more ocean-front, we’d be in the water! The condo was roomy and comfortable, but the location is what really steals the show. Luis was helpful, responsive, and spot-on with his recommendations. Thanks for a memorable trip!"

"We loved our stay. We had 8 adults (all family). We spent every evening after dinner on the upstairs patio. The ocean views and souds were spectacular! The apartment fit us all comfortably and it was suoer clean. The owner was very responsive. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Playa Jobos (via the beach) and spent a lot of time there. Lots of beautiful beaches and delicious rest in the area. We woukd definitely stay herr again!"

"This was a great “home base”. Beach and pool accessibly are PERFECT!! The rental alone is 5 stars with the rooftop views and lounging abilities. "This place was even bigger than we expected, with generous air-conditioned bedrooms, a good indoor dining/living space, two balconies, and a second kitchenette upstairs (in a unit that seems to have been combined with the main one, at least when we stayed). The condo complex was clean and well kept, with a central pool and access to a beach that's about a 25-minute walk to Jobos and about the same to Shacks Beach in the other direction. The location was terrific: peaceful and quiet, but close...

"The location at Mar Chiquita is a great location. The apartment/villa is literally just 25 yards from the beach. Greta view from the balcony, and one only needs to walk down two short flights of stairs and then stroll out 25 yards to be on the beach.We were greeted by Lilly who is awesome! Very informative and helpful.The apartment/villa is very clean and has all the amenities one needs to enjoy a great respite.December is a great time to come. "We loved it! The owner of the condo was communicative and amazing. She guided us on practically everything from beginning to end. We were hit with Hurricane Ernesto and she checked up on us to make sure we were alright. Loved the gated community with Security to ensure our privacy and safety. Had our own parking spot was also great! The condo was clean, it also had plenty of towels for the showers including towels for the beach. It also had 3 beach chairs. My family Loved the whole...

"This apartment was as stylish and contemporary as the photos depicted. It reminded me of the industrial, minimalistic design in hotels in South Beach, Miami - large uncovered windows for utmost viewing pleasure. Located directly in front of a gazebo on the beach, you could hear the waves crashing on the shore from within, and you can even see the ocean from the luxurious refreshing private pool in the back patio. I enjoyed coffee on the wrap-around porch every morning and walks along the beach...
