I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in. "Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. The range didn’t work well and the washer and dryer required payment (and the dryer must have a broken heating element because it didn’t dry).
