"Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"

"The first thing that struck us when we arrived was how clean and beautiful the place was. Julie, Louise and Clare were very welcoming, and a great source of local knowledge if like us you aren't from the area. The location is great but you really need a car to take advantage of the area, its about 30mins from the nearest beach, and we drove for 10 min to do a bit of rambling at the Wolds top, and viking way. "Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely.
