"We found the hotel fairly easily, its not too far from the train station and situated along the waterfront. A lot of restaurants and venue's including a cinema are close by and a wide walk way is at the front of the property. We were visiting Lincoln for my birthday and found this hotel to be close to the areas we wanted to see. The room was fine, large bed, big enough shower and nice and clean. We should maybe of aked for a front room as we booked well in advance, as our veiw was to the rear...

"Hotel is big clean. User-friendly with all the amenities. Room was spacious and clean. However, I found the choice of pillows was really poor. Both pillows were really soft and didn't provide much neck support. "

"I liked my stay. There is 1 thing I would have liked. At Holiday Inn, they give you door sign saying "I have popped out". I think you should have these too, so you will know who is off site. "

"All of the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is good, central for shopping and also 5 mins from marina restaurants and bars which were really nice. The hotel is dated and needs refurbishment, we had a lovely big room with marina view but it’s old and the bathroom very old."

"Short stay overnight for our anniversary. Evie on the desk was very welcoming, and again the next day when checking us out was very friendly. The gentleman on the bar on Sunday night was lovely too, made my wife a nice cocktail and just generally built very good rapport. All other staff were friendly but those two stood out. "Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely.
