"Lovely hotel in a great location. The Hotel had some builders working who were a bit noisy, the reception staff were amazing and helped us relocate to another room. The Spa (my partner and mother used) was a little tired and some bits were out of order. Breakfast was lovely and all but one staff member were amazing. Parking was easy, it was a great break and looking forward to visit again once the building is completed. "

"Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again"

"One of the worst hotel i stayed in and i put my children at risk by choosing them! Whatever they offer on the website is not accurate and they couldn't even provide infant beds so my children were falling off the bed. I made the booking on the road specifically because they were offering infant beds but upon late arrival as me and my family were on the road whole day they said is nothing available. When asked if then i can cancel and find different accommodation they said it will still full charge apply even if whatever they advertised was not correct. Whole stay was unsafe for my children, staff extremely rude and unhelpful with literally anything and now dealing with hotel they are behaving extremely disrespectful, ignoring and entitled claiming they have done everything they could what means is nothing. I have spent a lot of money for very average place to stay just to put my family at risk. Please avoid this hotel at all cost if you value your comfort, peace and safety!!!"

"Not at all as advertised and super long walk way completely dark at night with zero lighting. The only positive thing I can say is they hotel agreed to let me check out after one night without penalty even though I was booked for 7. "

"We booked it for one night and on the way our car broke down, the hotel was so helpful left the keys at reception and with accurate instructions how to get in. Extended our check out time while we waited for the car get repaired. "

"X1 night at Hameln, hotel good location for getting into beautiful old town, not so good food at Ambrosia. Missed the Pied piper museum as arrived to late and not open to couples on Mondays but enjoyed the stay"

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. The decor when you get into the hotel is like stepping back into the 1980s or early 90s where you imagine men wearing jackets with the sleeves rolled up it was quite an eye-opener, hence saying , that this hotel has so much potential. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and the room had suitable shower and a comfortable bed and luckily a couple of English television channels but no tea or coffee making Facilities in the room which was very disappointing."
