"It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. "We stayed one night. The place was exactly as listed. Backyard was great, off street parking was nice. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The Neighborhood was quiet. The house is older and small the shower is quite small but lighting is good and there are lots of windows. It’s near most everything. Communications with Bethany was great. We had timely instructions and accessing the place was easy. "

"Great Country getaway that offers room for an extremely large group of all 3 spaces are leased. The Bunk House offered enough room 7+ to sleep comfortably, all bedrooms on the second floor. The main floor includes a large dining room, full kitchen, TV room, bathroom, and a laundry room. All spaces have great views out to the country scenery that includes corn fields, forest, and a pond that is stocked for fun fishing."

"The street is rough shape, and it’s an older house with cheaper updates. Had a musty smell, needed a dehumidifier in basement. Beds were comfortable and the shower is nice. Was conveniently located close to MSU "
