"House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"

"This is an awesome property managed by a family that you can tell takes great pride in their rental property. Everything about the home was perfect and as advertised. It is only a short walk to the Expo Center, so the location is ideal for attending the Chili Bowl, I would recommend it to anyone."

"The host was quick to respond to my questions from the time I booked through the time I checked out. She was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well stocked comfortable home for our weeklong stay. I would highly recommend Katie's Kottage. It's very close to the Expo Center too."

"Great little place to stay in a very nice neighborhood. Older place but clean and cozy. Only complaint is the mattresses in the back two bedrooms are awful. Get those replaced and this little house is perfect for a family!!"

"We were in area to visit family. This rental was in a perfect location for not only visiting family but we could easily find shopping and things to do. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We slept well and the amenities were just what we needed. Communication with Nick was almost immediate and if we had a question or an issue he took care of it. When we come back for another visit, we will definitely book this place again. "

"So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there.
