"House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"

"So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there. "Great little place to stay in a very nice neighborhood. Older place but clean and cozy. Only complaint is the mattresses in the back two bedrooms are awful. Get those replaced and this little house is perfect for a family!!"

Extra touches: outlet/chargers on each nightstand, Kleenex, coffee for at least the first morning, extra throws ( it got chilly during our stay). Beds were comfy. Enjoyed my morning walks in the neighborhood and our afternoon visit to the pie shop which you can see from the home. Pick this house if you are in the area!"
