"A top notch hotel in every aspect - good food, attentive staff, breathtaking view, well maintained onsen facilities, and the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. We booked the half-board package and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located on a tranquil and beautiful island, which is easy to get to from city center. It was unfortunate that we were not able to rent a bike with child seat and had to cancel our plan to cycle on the island. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Hiroshima."

"Unexpectedly spacious room with large double beds and large bathroom. Has a nice slightly old fashioned elegant feel unlike other station area hotels that are always bustling and prioritize efficient use of space in the rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located to Yamato Museum, mall shopping and transportation. Set breakfast (choice of either Japanese or Western) was well prepared and tasty in a restaurant on the top floor of building (14th floor). Also surprising number of restaurant choices for a moderately sized hotel. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay."
