"Loved my stay in room 104 at the Fairhaven Hotel. Recently refurbished room and it was lovely with a fantastic view. Had a problem with the thermostat but staff were happy to provide me with a plug in fire which warmed the room up in no time. Reception requires a revamp but I believe renovations are ongoing. Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Would happily return!!"

"All fine, however it was irritating not to have hooks in the bathroom for bath robes & an accessible mirror with enough light for ladies to use when putting on make up etc & men to use when shaving. "
