"This property is almost on top of Bank St., Beach in Harwichport MA. It was so easy just to walk down to the beach if we wanted. The staff is very very friendly texting us to see if we needed extra towels, etc. Overall, it's a pretty quiet property, the only complaint I have were the pillows. The shams were cushy, but the pillows themselves were flat as a pancake and hard as a rock. A mix of pillows would be nice on the bed. Other than that, I really liked it. "This is a hard review to write. The “inn” is a renovated motel; ok room but no closet ( just a rod), small bathroom, well tended grounds, lovely pool. Quiet. Breakfast was good, but there was no coffee the first morning, due to a “delivery” issue. Seemed we were the only guests too. We never met a staff person - no need to check in, the room doors was left open and the keys on the table. No housekeeping unless you texted and specifically asked for it. "The house was very clean when we arrived, and had plenty of room for the group we had. The kitchen was great and had all the necessities we needed for the stay over the weekend. The backyard is a private and quiet spot to hang out at the large patio table. Great stay would highly recommend. "

"This home sits on a stunning piece of property across the street from the harbor. The inside is charming, comfortable and homey. We also rented the cottage on the back on the property. Just as wonderful. We didn't lack for anything. Communication with the owners was wonderful! We hope to have an opportunity to rent again some time in the future!"
