"This property is almost on top of Bank St., Beach in Harwichport MA. It was so easy just to walk down to the beach if we wanted. The staff is very very friendly texting us to see if we needed extra towels, etc. Overall, it's a pretty quiet property, the only complaint I have were the pillows. The shams were cushy, but the pillows themselves were flat as a pancake and hard as a rock. A mix of pillows would be nice on the bed. Other than that, I really liked it. "We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Seaside Sanctuary cottage. The unit was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, 1 block away from the beach. A grocery store, coffee shop and gas station were within 1 mile. It was a perfect location to stay at while we explored Cape Cod and we would happily stay there again."

"This was my second stay here and it was lovely. We visited in November for a mother/daughters trip and stayed in the two bedroom suite. Rooms were very clean, had plenty of extra towels and the fireplace was lovely. We used the pool as well and walked on the beach. At sunrise on the beach we had a seal swim up and say hello.
