"We stayed 4 nights. It was clean. As others have mentioned, there are stairs to get up to this unit that sits above the detached garage next to the primary house. It is approximately 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. It does have covered parking (carport). It was sufficient for our needs. "

"We really enjoyed the property for my 70th birthday. The younger people loved the canoe. We put the tiki bar to good use. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Had a lovely breakfast. The next morning was nice to have the grill to barbecue. If I wasn’t local I’d be renting it again real soon."

"We chose to stay off broadway and rent a big house. This allowed us to split time relaxing and playing games at the lake and then head down to party when we wanted. It’s about 35 minutes to the party street so a little more expensive to uber than we thought it would be but overall well worth to relax in a peaceful neighborhood.The floor plan allows for 4 couples to spread out and have plenty of space. "
