"Emma contacted me unprompted to see what time I would be arriving, which was a nice courtesy. Enjoyed a nice slice of homemade cake with my tea upon arrival. Nice touch! My single room was ideal for a solo overnight stay. Comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast included plenty of tempting options, all served in the spacious breakfast room. I would highly recommend Waves."

"I found hotel nice clean no friles tv did not work no coffee or tea or milk but did have a ketle and two cups and no on sweat forcilites just a sink in room therr eas a barth and toilet just down hall which was Clean which was no problime to me I had a grate sleep in bed the next time I go to redcar i will be stopping at the same hotel just loved it thanks for having me there."

"Everything was perfect for us , not far to walk to sea front / high street shops , we didn’t have the breakfast at the property as not always early risers , we would definitely stay here again , a lot of places in Scarborough don’t have their own parking or if they do there’s extra charge and with hubby having mobility scooter the parking was essential for us .A big Thankyou to the lovely hosts , keep on doing what your doing , fantastic 👏"

"We really enjoyed staying at Haven Crest. We were made to feel welcome and we liked the location. It is quiet and close to the coast and there was a pub nearby for dinner. Breakfast was very nice."

"From start to finish staying at the old manse was a delight . Val welcomed us with a warm and friendly manner.the room was lovely clean and warm with a very good bed Good selection of things for a hot brew And the breakfast was fantastic a real quality full English cooked to perfection and piping hot we also had local kippers delish we cant wait to stay again ps very dog friendly 😋 "

"We booked in Cawthorne House on the back of the reviews. And we were not disappointed Pascal is definitely the host with the most! A complimentary glass of fizz and canapes on arrival was a lovely touch. Especially after the long drive up. We had a walk into town for our evening meal, after reading some of the recommendations.. it's a nice easy walk with plenty of establishments to choose from. Breakfast was pre order and was absolutely delicious, we tried two different options on both days,...

"Lovely hosts. Immaculate large room. Great shared spaces for guests (unfortunately we didn't have time to make use of these!) Good, tasty breakfast. What's not to like? We'd definitely return if we wanted to stay in that area again. "
