"Very well equipped and very clean apartment. Set on hillside within walking distance (10 minutes) from town. Steep on way back but you could use car, we are in our 70’s and not a problem. "This property was exactly as listed. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to the center of Colmar, and the property includes a private parking spot. We had great communication with the hosts from the time of booking, to arrival, to checkout. We were greeted with a warm welcome and some helpful information about the area. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed being able to step outside our door and walk the cobbled stone paths to the village center. The apartment was just right for us and was quiet at night. Parking was 3 euro per day in a lot just a couple of minutes away. Laurence and his father made sure we were happy. The village is very close to Colmar with a lovely, large old town with many shops. A trip up the mountain was a nice day as well."

"Das Elsass war Wunschziel zu meinem Geburtstag. Das Anwesen rund um die stilvolle Ferienwohnung hat uns schon im Internet gefallen. Die Realität hat das noch übertroffen. Es ist schon eine Besonderheit und goldrichtig wenn man unabhängig von dort mit dem Auto die schöne Gegend und die romantischen Dörfer erleben möchte. "My husband and I stayed in this sweet, compact apartment for most of a week. The easy access to city centre by walking was just perfect. The apartment is small but worked quite well for us. The fun space sent us off in the morning and welcomed us home in the evening. Communication with Claude was top notch, several questions I asked him prior to our arrival were answered quickly. I found his payment schedule confusing at first but then all became clear."

"The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They have some English which was a big plus. The location was ideal. 12 minute walk to Colmar tourist bureau and to the old village. "Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking. "
