"This hotel is in a great location, it is a large oldish hotel, services is great, rooms are a bit basic, but clean and have what’s required. "

"We had a couples stay at the hotel for Valentines weekend. The hotel location and building were beautiful, as were the lobby, bar and restaurant. Taking into consideration this is a 4* hotel, there is no doubt that the main hotel itself i.e. the bar/lounge area and the restaurant met our expectations. We dined in the hotel restaurant for both evenings, the food and service were excellent, offering good value for money. Sadly our hotel room on the 2nd floor (206) did not in anyway meet out...

"Basic accommodation, room was very compact but bed was comfortable and room was relatively clean despite being abit run down. Good location "

"This property situated very close to Harrogate town Centre and the proprietors jan and Mark are the most friendly helpful people you could wish for. the breakfast was stunning. The choices were lovely. A couple of times I had the smoked salmon scrambled egg and mushrooms which set me up for the day. The room is super clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was a wonderful place to stay."
