"We went to relax while looking at the water and fish a little and we got just what we wanted. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had! Perfect weather, good fishing just outside the back door, and several great outside spots to enjoy it all. Plus, Cotter has a nice little park/boat launch area that we enjoyed too.Our group was supposed to be 3 couples but ended up with 2. "All of my children and their spouses were very pleased with our stay here. The weather was wet and rainy all week but with the wide range of games we found there were lots of ways to enjoy ourselves in the house. We especially enjoyed a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The kitchen was also well equiped. The indoor pool and the hot tub were also enjoyed. They were also heated and since the weather was cool, it was greatly enjoyed. Thank you."

"The home was by far the nicest of any homes I have ever rented through VRBO. Clean, modern, fully functioning, with tons and tons of space to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. "We were very happy with the Condo we were assigned. It was situated off the yellow route in a quiet area. The listing stayed the location was a short walk from the strip, this was not the case. The condo had a full size coffee maker, and there was a charcoal grill on site. There were minor maintenance issues that a person not attending to details would overlook. We left a note when we left. "
