"Everyone on staff at the hotel was very friendly from the minutes we walked through the lobby. They helped us with a room upgrade, and asked whether balcony or patio (we went with ground floor). It was easy in and easy out of the room and to the car and back again. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was sparkling. The breakfast buffet the next morning was great too! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! "
