A terrace on the ground floor and 1st floor, a balcony and a roof terrace with 2 sofas and a large table offer perfect places for enjoyment, fun and dining outdoors, for sunbathing.

A total of 154 sqm of living space plus 65 m2 of terraces. There is also around 40 m2 of space around the house to store surfboards and bicycles. There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
