Can we just have sliced avocado rather than the mashed - no. I don’t think either of these would really have been too much trouble for a chef but clearly not interested in pleasing the customer ."

"The whole place needs a refurb, it's very dated. There was an awful smell through the corridor. Cobwebs all over the apartment, damp in the bathroom. Flooring lifting in places. Loud music playing till the early hours, unsure of this was from downstairs or the pub across the road. One of the beds was very precarious, wheels may have been broken. "
