"Overall excellent except when we ate at the buffet, we were told to sit outside and flies start coming. I asked to be moved inside and we were accommodated. However the same lady asked me again do I have a reservation while we were already sitting inside, the restaurant is empty. It felt like we were treated indifferently because of our race. Why are we being seated outside when the restaurant is empty and it remained empty until we left an hour and half later. "

"Awesome beautiful luxury hotel in optimal location of Marina Bay. Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, clean high-end room and balcony. Didn't have time to try the breakfast, but it looked great. Also attended a conference on the first floor with excellent catering for 2 days. Would highly recommend and stay there again. "

"What a gem of a hotel! Located within minutes of the Chinatown MRT station, this hotel has all the amenities that a leisure traveler needs, including a rooftop pool, fitness center & sauna in the change room. The rooms a spacious, with a kitchenette that include a fridge, microwave & all dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, utensils - for 2) as well as a kettle & Nespresso coffee maker. The location is walkable to the Marina Bay & Gardens of the Bay, as well as all the nearby Hawker Centers. To venture further out, just hop on the top notch MRT that will get you anywhere you want to go in Singapore. We'll be returning here on our trips to Singapore for the foreseeable future..."
