After exploring downtown or spending all day at the beach, the chef of the group can whip up tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen boasting a gas range and all of the tools needed for any recipe, and the rest of the gang can head into the large living area to stream favorite shows and movies on the Roku flatscreen TV. Thankful for a good place to stay- there was quite a few dead flies on the carpet and the bed frame in one of the rooms was broken, otherwise it was a great stay, and a short walk to the harbor with gorgeous views!

Amazing Home
All you could ask for and more. Updated and beautifully decorated home 1/2 mile from downtown Harbor Springs. Easy walk to town. Only 5 miles to Highlands and Nubs. More then enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. Recommend. May come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful lake.

The home was very nicely updated and the location was great, nice quite neighborhood. Only drawback was the A/C; only the bedrooms are air conditioned with window A/C units. The kitchen and living room are not air conditioned.

The directions for the lock were wrong - apparently intended for a different lock. We called Vacasa for help, but she didn't have any suggestions although she tried. We eventually figured it out.

We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for trips to Bliss and Petoskey. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to join family for boating, pickleball, dining out, the farmer's market and so much more!

Great Cozy Place
This house was great. Small, but at the same time a lot of room for quite a few people if need be. It was just two of us and we loved it. Really close to Harbor Springs town and just a two min walk to some really beautiful views. It is near the tunnel of trees and close enough to Petoskey. Very clean and up to date. I will say the only thing that could make it better would be to make the code for the lock to the door my own phone number. They give you a nine digit code to unlock and it is a pain sometimes to do that, not a big deal at all though. More of a suggestion for future renters because everywhere else I visit either uses my phone number or asks what code I prefer. Such a great place, everyone should love it!

Great stay for a ski trip
The only issue we had was the master bedroom bed. The bed frame is broken away from the headboard and the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, this is a super cute rental property in a beautiful location.

Very smooth rental process. Good communication Only glitch was conversation w agent re checkout included request to start a load of laundry....which we did. The written instructions did not state this so it was a bit confusing as to what was required.
