"Arrived at the accommodation with clear instructions from AJ the host. Parking was accessible and plentiful. Check in was easy with the key left in a lockbox. Chalet was very clean and well furnished with all the kitchen amenities that we needed. We did cook on a couple of occasions and it helped to have everything we needed there, the host even left some essentials such as cooking oil milk etc. which was much appreciated. Location was great, Dartmouth harbour was stunning when the sun came...

"We stayed end of August & it was hands down the best trip we've had in the UK. The chalet was awesome, fully equipped and very cosy. It was located near so many great activities and just outside of Dartmouth, perfect location. The host was fantastic at communication. We will be back! "

"The property was clean and tidy,it had everything you needed for a lovely holiday, plenty of parking,nice to have towels supplied, and hand soap,washing up liquid,it all helps 😀 definitely would stay there again."

"Very happy with our chalet the only problem we had was connecting to the internet but that was soon sorted via messaging our host. Possibly it might have been nice for a little tray of teabags coffee n long life milk to have been supplied for a cuppa after our long journey but other than that all good."

"Just what we wanted. We were so lucky with the weather, that we were able to sit out on the patio every day. Just watching all sorts of activities going on, on the water. Maggie, was lovely to chat to. Lovely accommodation, lovely spot."

"On opening the door the smell of damp and mould hit you the beds where soo damp utensils in kitchen draw were mouldy there was no hot water in kitchen and the shower had no hot water ,there were no batteries in the dvd remote so could not use it so all in all stay was not good in fact we came home early as we had had enough we could not contact the owner as there was no WiFi on site and the mobile number he had given was incorrect"

"We stayed in the newly launched chalets (2023) and had a wonderful mini break. The accommodation was perfect for our needs (2 adults 3 children) and the location was brilliant. It was great to re-discover Brixham. The site is right on the coast (albeit a steep climb back up!) and the walk along the coastal path to Brixham was just lovely."
