"I love that they have full suites and no pool. Excellent bar and restaurant. Very nice linens, bath and bedding. No complaints whatsoever. Lake views are great, walkable to shops, museums, restaurants, and lakefront."

"The room was clean & very inviting. The beverage fridge is always nice to have on hand. The breakfast was more than i expected! Whole bunch of food and everything tasted great besides the French toast sticks. They were plain with no flavor but that wasn't a big deal. Overall a great stay! If I'm in need of a staycation Doubletree will definitely be on that list!"

"Michigan is wonderful the hotel lobbiest was amazing with a great pool accomodations. Our bathroom sink handle came off and there was no screen in our window. "

"The Inn was very nice and comfortable. It is dated but not horrible. The staff is friendly and kind. The nice touches are free (full) breakfast and complimentary coffee/iced tea and snacks are available for guests. Parking in lot is free. Convenient. Overall, enjoyed our stay. "

"We had such a nice time staying here. Our 2yo loved the games in the basement. There was plenty of space for us. We drove 20 mins to St Joe, visited New Buffalo, had dinner in Sawyer, and had some great ice cream right up the road. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next visit to Michigan. "

"Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. The bathroom could use more hooks for drying beachwear. I think instructions or information in general could be...
