"The food, the staff, the location, the proterty, the vibes and the town were all amazing. It was dang near the perfect stay, there wasnt a large variety of places to eat but the hospitality of the places that there were out there was phenomenal. Everyone was super kind, the sights were incredible and we will retun. P.S. the gas is super cheap around there compared to anywhere else in california and biscuits & gravy were to die for!"

"We had booked this home to stay in for our 26th anniversary while we enjoyed the Redwoods. There was a lot of wind and rain so we needed to stay at the house a lot. So grateful to have this house to stay in. Very clean, beautiful house! We would definitely stay here again! Super easy to get a hold of owner./manager. There was a lot of supplies in the kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable, just a great experience! Highly recommend!"

"This is a well cared for property with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and total care all through. It is a great base for exploring the redwoods north and south. Strong internet. Recommend a trip to a larger grocery on the way there as the local offerings are smaller. "

"Cozy cabin with absolutely everything you need. Just bring your food and wonderful assortment of pans and spices to cook with. Close to mountains, redwoods, hiking trails, the Smith River, and at the right time of year - waterfalls! Not as secluded as we thought it might be, but still wonderful. We felt like we had complete privacy and we also felt safe. Thank you for sharing your cabin."

"We spent our Christmas here. It was warm and cozy to come back to after our day trips visiting the various sites. This was our first time using Vrbo, but the owner made it very easy. Responding in a timely manner. Very helpful with every inquiry. It was perfect for our family and our pets. The back yard was the perfect size for our dogs to run. And hard wood floors made it easier to clean up after wet paws.The kitchen had the pots, pans and utensils we needed to prepare our food. The crock pot was so helpful when we were gone all day and wanted to come back to hot food.I would definitely recommend this home to anyone needing a place to stay in Northern California. Walking in to find fresh cookies was amazing after a long drive. Thank you for making our Christmas special "
