"Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. No one on reception when we got there on Friday Dec 27th but after ringing a phone number and leaving a message we were greeted by the owners son. We were asked if we wanted a meal that night or breakfast in the morning which we didnt need. It would have been nice to visit the bar on Friday pm but we found it closed at 9:45pm when we tried to visit it. Maybe it would be open later a different day or in the summer. A pleasant stay if you want to stay in your room."

"We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. "Was the perfect get away, not too far from Cromer with beautiful walks straight out the front door! The only little issue was the walls were rather thin so could hear people upstairs talking! The pool area was lovely with sauna steam room and hot tub! Easy to get access and turn up when you like. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend. Dishwasher and everything was included! With tablets and laundry sheets provided in the apartment! "
