"The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. "

"Excellent from start to finish Warm welcome from Tim and Robbie. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom spotless and spacious. Very accomodating for our two little dogs (even after one of them was a bit naughty at dinner on Friday). Food was amazing big shout out to the chef Jake, keep enjoying your rugby. "What a find this is! It was just like being at home. Great welcome from Kay. This accommodation is an annex to the main house, with its own double bedroom, ensuite with walk in shower and lounge area with TV, small table with 2 chairs and a little kitchen area with kettle and microwave. "This was a very nice room with lots of extra touches, between a hotel room and a small apartment. Easy to find and in a quiet location with lovely views, the accomodation was at the end of the owners drive but they did not impose. Plenty of goodies in the room, like bread and milk. I did find the location of the kettle, microwave and toaster strange but maybe thats me. No oven which is fine but would be much better with a kitchen sink as difficult to wash plates etc in the bathroom sink. ...

"Great location and very quiet. Room was spotless, very modern and equipped with all facilities you need. The pull out sofa bed was massive and very comfortable. The only issues for me were: the shower wasn’t very powerful and one morning there was work including hammering and drilling being carried out next door on one of the days. This started early morning and continued until we left at 11am the same day. Other than those issues it’s a lovely place to stay."
