While some of the specific property rules could be communicated with more clarity (visuals would help), this should not detract from the experience, which was one well worth the price. "Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a month with our two dogs and absolutely loved it. The location was amazing and having access to a yard in a very busy city area was a lifesaver. The hosts were very responsive and were able to help us with whatever came up the same day. The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. When we come back we will definitely stay again! "

"What a delightful place to stay while visiting my son and daughter-in-law for a few day. The location is perfect as it was quaint and in a very safe location. I was worried I might be nervous staying alone, but that was not the case.The carriage house gave me plenty of privacy and was stocked with everything I needed, especially the need for coffee!!! The place was spacious and had a full kitchen for cooking. The bed was so comfy. I definitely would stay here again. If you book this place...

"My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space...
