"this is a small hotel but needs to improve on maintenance big time. Dining hall greets you as you enter the hotel and its full of flies and bad smell, probably from the garbage room beside elevator. took a peek in the kitchen and its filthy. linens are stained and dirty linens lying around everywhere in the corridor. If they can maintain it well, this could be an excellent budget hotel."

"There’s easy transportation to the property and a shopping center is within walking distance. Staff was really helpful. The only issue I had was water provided was what they collected and said was filtered. That’s not acceptable or safe. I asked for bottled water and was charged for it."

The owner makes it affordable and the fees are mainly to keep it operating to make it possible for people travelling on a budget to experience this beautiful country and the property is magnificent in tranquility. "Fantastic boutique guesthouse, wonderful staff. Large comfortable room, good hot water. Lovely simple plentiful breakfast. Cheap Uber or tuk tuk to all the sites. Highly recommended!"
