We arrived late after a family party and I realized there was no ice bucket or coffee maker in the room, so I Googled information about Tru and found that Tru hotels didn't put them in rooms, so I thought they weren't available. I didn't know until the next morning that I could have gotten ice and water near the gym area (I didn't see it during check in). It would be nice to have some information in the room about the amenities or if the front desk had told me at check-in. Next time I'll know. I liked the hotel a lot and would stay again! They had a small pool table in the lobby and some comfortable seating that I noticed at the free breakfast after our stay. "
