"The exterior pool is heated at a very nice temperature for the winter time almost like a Spa. However, they need to call animal service on the roaming cats near the pool. We stayed on the fourth floor and we liked the nice upgrades they used for the rooms. Very spacious rooms and clean. There is an In-N-Out Burger right across the street as well as the Walmart and Tatget which is nice. They have a decent gym that you can get in there at 6 AM in the morning and then breakfast starts at 7 AM and it is good… premade cheese omelettes, and egg muffins. 24/7 coffee of course."

"Overall from the check in to the check out everything was more than perfect with the stay the customer service is the best I had! From the front desk clerk to the room service team exceptional customer service they always had a smile on there face with the best attitude you could tell people this workers love there job! the room was as described very clean room and restroom. Comfortable beds, room was quiet the breakfast was so so good the Nescafé coffee machine was like expresso quality omg the best !! All their food was so good quality!!! Don’t know who the manger or director of this hotel is, but you’re doing a great job ! I stayed for 5 days and when coming to Hanford will only be staying here.."

"We came to the home very delayed due to traffic on the highways, yet even at 2 AM the manager answered us right away and gave us the access code for the home! It was a short but wonderful stay! Thank you so much! "

"The check-in process was a breeze - no issues whatsoever, and we received emails in advance that let us know everything about check-in, the property, etc. The house was spotless and nicely appointed with amenities - snacks, coffee, tea. Really cute place, and we loved how it was decorated in the fall theme. Made us feel very at-home! The bathrooms also had everything we needed. The neighborhood is wonderful and centrally located. It was a perfect location for us, as we were in Hanford for our grandson's 1st birthday, and our daughter and son-in-law were a 4-minute drive from the property. The house comfortably held 5 of us ... two couples and a single from 30-somethings to 80-something! If I have one suggestion, it is to add a mattress topper to each of the beds, as the mattresses are pretty minimal, and we all commented on it in the morning. Other than that, no other suggestions. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Hanford. We will definitely stay again! "
