"Villa magnifica, posto meraviglioso in collina con terrazza e giardino con vista mozzafiato, proprietario Jean Marc gentilissimo, disponibile, empatico, accogliente: ti fa sentire a casa! La casa è attrezzata per ogni esigenza, molto pulita, bella sia dentro che negli splendidi spazi esterni, dotata di parcheggio privato. Ubicazione vicina al mare di Latte e al supermercato Conad. Serve l'auto per arrivare alla proprietà e la strada è un po' impegnativa, in quanto stretta e ripida....comunque è breve e ci si abitua subito. Il posto è un punto di partenza perfetto per esplorare le zone circostanti. Noi due famiglie ci siamo trovate magnificamente. Grazie infinite, Jean Marc!La casa è molto grande e comoda. La piscina è piuttosto grande. Il tutto necessita di un pesante rinnovamento perché - a parte le foto del sito - e’ estremamente decadente e poco curato. Dotazione dei letti, dai materassi ai cuscini e anche lenzuola assolutamente scadenti. Mura piene di muffa e scoppate. Elettrodomestici funzionali e aria condizionata top. Arredamento piuttosto vintage"

"We were able to make the reservations easily the evening before our check in, the place is in a great location of the town of Menton & near the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view from the balcony. I’d 100% stay here again especially considering reception notified us that we’ll receive a discount next time if we order directly through their website. "

"Lovely hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station, you walk among a beautiful garden before you reach the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff, my garden view room was very nice, no issues with anything. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again for sure."

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"
