"The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and in generally good condition and the food was lovely. The only thing I would probably say is the family room we stayed in was ‘compact’! Overall, good value for money and we enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed on 12th February 2025 in room 35. The hotel is very traditional. The lady at check-in was friendly helpful and kind. The hotel has a swimming pool which was lovely and warm. The room and shower room were clean. Free parking on site a huge bonus. Breakfast was delicious everything cooked perfectly. It was in a huge traditional staffed dining room. The Laguna is about five minutes stroll to Bournemouth town centre through two underpasses. Location brilliant for the town centre. We would definitely stay again. Its old fashioned quirky and we loved it. Good value too. "
