"I enjoyed my stay very much. Setagaya is a wonderful prefecture and this apartment in Kyodo is closely located to many restaurants and a few really nice grocery stores. Kyodo Station is right off the Odakyu line and 5 stops "or one express train" away from from Shimokitazawa. Head South to Enoshima or Tama-ku where you can also transfer to Nambu line. I would stay again."

"Super nice place, we were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for our 3 week stay. The apartment had everything we needed, from WiFi, TV, stove, microwave as well as a consistently warm shower and bath. "Our floor was on the second floor and there was no elevator to go the second floor and the stairs were so narrow. Imagine having to carry luggage up narrow steps. The bath towels were so little and thin so bring your own, which you shouldn’t have to. On the plus side, it was roomy and had a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from the train station. It was clean but very dated. Fridge and freezer worked great and it had two air conditioning units. "
