Krishna provided outstanding 10/10 housekeeping service, ensuring our room was immaculate throughout our stay. At the Tassili restaurant, Lewis and Shashini took such wonderful care of us - their knowledge, attentiveness, and personal touches made the dining experience exceptional. Of course, we must also commend Chef Nicolas, whose incredible food was a true highlight of our trip. We truly can’t wait to return and make this a special annual tradition. "Was a great stay, great location, manager of restaurant was amazingly accommodating, Maybe Tjaart was his name, big tall fellow. He was great and reception staff very friendly as well. Food great. Not sure a service charge is fair when you are staying in theeir hotel. That was a big no no. Build it in to cost and then it wont anger me. Overall 95/100."

"We had a great stay in Jersey, property was spotlessly clean and very well situated.Abi our host was faultless, every communication was answered imediately, we even got offered early check in and late check out which was a bonus.There are 2 pubs within 5 minutes walk which we frequented, plus a choice of supermarkets again within 5 mins walk.Although we never used it there is a bus service which is opposite the pub so also local.All in all we had a most enjoyable stay in Jersey and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to give Jersey a try, plus being near the airport it is just as convenient to fly as it was to travel by ferry."

"From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. The rooms are very comfortable the bed linen is superb plenty of tea and coffee. All in all this hotel is deserving it’s four star rating plus another, thanks to all management and staff for making our stay special."
