"This property (Executive Villa) should not be listed on Expedia. It is not fit to be rented. We arrived at the property to find a filthy house in serious dis-repair. The entire kitchen was filthy, not recent mess but years of baked on grease and dirt. Left over food and wrappers months old left in cupboards. Baseboards throughout the house had years of built up dirt. Ceilings had holes and water stains. Windows dirty and broken, such that bedroom windows could not close. This is not a case of...

"New residential area with a large amount of condos. Nice view of the lake and a good amount of trails along the water. The host was very quick to respond whenever i had any questions. The unit was freshly cleaned prior to our arrival. We went in November as our plans were in Toronto but this would be a nice little summer getaway."

"Our stay was great! Was staying for my wedding night before and night of, house is big and bedrooms were fantastic however it really only slept 10 not 12. There was a small “pull out” that could have slept a small child or two but not 2 adults. There is also only one couch in the house so we had to have someone bring some of our own chairs. Other than that check in and out was smooth and easy and it was a great weekend. Thanks"

"Owner was very quick to respond to inquiries and there was excellent communication throughout the booking process. The property is located in a nice area and very close to a park as well as the waterfront. Excellent location if you enjoy walking like I do. The amenities were OK. I wish the pool was cleaner - We used the scrubbing robot provided, but the algae settled onto the pool bottom each night and I think it needed some chemical upkeep.
