"We came to Connecticut for our daughter's wedding. This was our first time staying here and we enjoyed having the extra space that you cannot get with a hotel. When we had questions, they were answered quickly. We will stay here again if available the next time we come out to visit. "

Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....

"Property is ideally located for the casinos. A little bit further then advertised but still an easy drive to both. Communication with Joe was easy and the house was exactly what we expected. There was 8 of us and it catered to all of our needs. 3 bathrooms was a huge plus with that many people. Overall quite happy with our stay"

"Beautifully appointed home on a beautiful lake in Woodstock, CT. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, visiting nearby orchards and hiking the many scenic trails nearby. Many great restaurants in the area as well. Although we did not partake, there is a great rail trail nearby for hiking, walking, etc. The home listing is very accurate, the kitchen is well equipped, and the cleanliness of the home is top notch.
