You are 5 minutes from the beach on foot and
2 minutes of all amenities
(Supermarket, fishmonger etc ...)
Once inside, the villa is a haven of peace
Totally independent and very calm,
Villa Sindbad offers you a strong sense of serenity and tranquility
Its second asset is its beautiful swimming pool and its garden which offer the luxury of having no opposite
The Villa itself is composed as such
On the ground floor
A large bright double living room with two accesses overlooking both the pool and the garden
A fully equipped kitchen also with two access including one overlooking a beautiful garden
A laundry room with its washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and all the necessary
A shower room

Upstairs 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with its own independent bathroom
All rooms are air-conditioned and have a large dressing room
They have among others a very beautiful view on the swimming pool

Maison sale électricité qui saute impossible d utiliser les climatiseurs en même temps, ni appareil seche cheveux, pas de vaisselle, sanitaires qui fuient piscines sales pas possibilité de se baigner, jardin non entretenu,photos mensongères sur l annonce. Propriétaire qui ne repond pas. Des vacances passées à faire les démarches administratives, plaintes constat huissier..
