"I liked everything about this property. From the front door - valet parking; even though we didn’t use it, the valet workers still came to the car to assist us with our belongings. We received a smile and welcome from everyone! The reception staff were excellent. They took the time to explain the ginormous grounds, dinner, spa, store, etc. Our room was comfy-cozy and clean. Although there was a golf course, tennis court, clubhouse, movie theater, and various other activities, we chose a couples massage. And, oh, we were in for a treat! The halls were decorated for Christmas and the ambiance was glowing. We will definitely return here for another amazing relaxing weekend. We booked and stayed in a king size room. And we had a view of the golf course. It was clean and the bed was comfy. The coffee maker was top notch. It served Lavazza! We had a fridge but no microwave. But that was ok for our stay. If i had a longer stay i would have wanted a microwave as the last room service for food is 10 pm. I cannot rave enough about the staff and how accommodating they were. Customer service/care always makes or breaks your stay and it made ours!!!"
