"Really great place to stay for large group get together, we had 6 adults and 4 kids staying at one point and it didn’t feel crowded at all! The place was really clean and the grounds and amenities were really excellent. We met one of the hosts and he was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone to go for. A stay ! Lovely and quiet and a great base for day trips to cheddar, wells and only an hour or so the coast and Bristol."

"Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

"Our family of 4 had the best 3 night break away at Tor Farm. The lodge was immaculate and well equipped with the hot tub a bubbling welcome. Our check-in was swift and friendly and the location, although rural, is a brilliant base to explore in and around Cheddar. Watching the sheep and chickens graze was also therapeutic - i also spotted a few rabbits! The owners also sell fresh eggs provided by their happy brood. .their "

"A beautiful old farmhouse with a lovely large garden in a lovely area. We enjoyed ourselves and the property was very clean and well presented. A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. We all felt a few more consumables would have been provided for a property of this size and quality. Many others we have stayed in over the years have provided a few bin bags for example (we were given one spare) and we had to move light bulbs about when...

"This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful location - far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but not so far away from anything that you felt stranded. Hot tub was amazing and very much appreciated at the end of each day when we had been out walking in Cheddar etc. Bed and facilities were all excellent. I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a quiet and beautiful break. Highly recommend. x"

"We had the absolute best weekend! The property was fantastic and the setting was stunning. The pod had everything we needed and the instructions but easy to follow so we were able to relax and enjoy the weekend to its full potential. "We really enjoyed Rushay - the house, Cottage and grounds are beautiful. Full use was made of the tennis court and we drove to Charmouth for an early morning swim each day. The beds are really comfy and the bathroom facilities are good. We did feel that the kitchen equipment needs updating a little - we just managed to cater for 20 between the two kitchens and using quite a few items brought from home. Altogether though, a really lovely time was he by all!"
