"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"The property was nice, in an older building with flats, this is on the ground floor. It was really clean, although it had a bit of a smoker's smell to it. I don't think it was because someone smoked in it, but maybe in an adjoining flat, like downstairs perhaps? It was really close to Pleasure Beach and other attractions - you'll walk there in about 5 mins. Also, within easy walk of the train station. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"We were greeted by Keith on arrival who showed us in and where everything was ,he even had a fresh pint of milk to go with the coffee and biscuits in the apartment It was very clean and tidy, really well equipped, nice and quiet Short 3 minute walk to the high street and shops and restaurant and just across the road to the sea. "I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and a friend, and can honestly say it was perfect. The property manager Ian couldn't have done more to help. Even when we had problems with the appliances he was out within half an hour of us calling.
