"Camille was very responsive with communications leading up to the stay and Nicholas met us promptly at check in time which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment is a short 15 minute taxi ride from the train which was convenient. The apartment is as described in the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is clean. "The location of this property is perfect. Easy to walk to the train and a cute little downtown! The property manager went above and beyond. She picked us up at the train, even though it was only a four block walk to the apartment. Very cute apt, she left a wonderful detailed book on everything in the apartment. "Nicolas met us to let us in and to give us the keys. The apartment is situated in a courtyard (that’s where you park). There’s a key to enter the building and a key to enter the third floor apartment. It seemed like a very safe area. Nice and quiet at night. The views from the apartment were lovely. The windows can be opened to let in fresh air. The heating system worked well. The beds were comfortable. Great location. We walked to everything we wanted to do. "

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us.
