"First of all, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. Bit far from city center but very beautiful and nice resort. Breakfast taste wise was not the best. Villas are bit outdated and interior needs to be renovated, specially the furniture and some paints. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would likely go back someday."

"The complimentary breakfast was amazing and big! $10 motor bike rental for a full day offered onsite. Lunches and dinners wasn’t expensive at all. We got a flat tire on the motor bike one day. Called the resort and the sent someone to help us and called us a taxi which they covered. Also waved the daily rental fee for that day. Would definitely recommend Ocean Bay and already talking about when we would like to return!"

"The property is beautiful, nicely maintained. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The bar staff, especially Thang, went out of his way to make use happy. He always made our drinks fast and friendly. He even offered to bring our drinks out to the pool for us. We will stay again here again when we return to Phu Quoc. "

"It’s a pretty hotel. Feel like I’m in Venice. They gave each guest a free hon thom ticket when I went. The services were excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpful. They provided shuttle transport around the area. The only down side was the sunworld’s construction that was going on right behind the hotel next to the beach.
