"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"Wow! Just about says it all. We wanted a home for a short stay to try and find the place we both met fifty four years ago. We didn't realise when booking this Cottage that we were only a mile or so away.The cottage is beautiful. It was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our holiday. "We stayed in the bungalow for a week in February with our 2 children and my parents. We were surprised with how big the bungalow was. The owners left scones, cream and jam for us adults and sweets on the kids beds which they were very excited about. The Bungalow was clean and tidy. It had everything we could possibly need. The beach was literally 2 mins walk away. Walcott Beach is a large sandy beach, we would love to come back one summer to really appreciate it. Perfect location to explore...

"What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

"We stayed the last weekend in January for my mum’s 80th birthday celebrations. We were lucky with the weather so used the rowing boat which was great fun. The place was perfect with enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone and everything you could need, including a large fridge and plenty of crockery. Dining room with ten chairs and four large sofas so everyone could be together. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. We also hired a 12 seater boat for half a day from Wroxham Lauch...

"This cottage is in a fantastic setting but is looking a little tired and in need of a good clean and sort-out! The lounge was cramped as old sofa still in place when new ones bought, and also an additional large leather chair seemed unnecessary and made it even more cramped. "

"The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing.
