"We had an issue with parking after coming back from a night on the town. Someone had taken the space in front of our door. The vehicle owner said there was a first come first serve parking policy according to the Senator. It was winter with a lot of snow. I didn't want to have to walk around the building. Luckily there was a spot open a few rooms away. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. Wait staff were awesome and attentive. "

"Good space for 3 adults and two kids to stay, 25 min commute to Colby college and Quarry Road trails. Couch was comfy and nice for gathering. Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. "

"Aside from breakfast offerings and being hard to pull out of parking lot due to traffic it was terrific. Comfy beds, high end shampoo and soap provided which surprised me a little and overall nice modern room. The breakfast wasn’t really a good one they just had mini cereal boxes and packets of oatmeal which you still have to make yourself, if you like coffee hey had a lot of it"

"This was a great place to spend the weekend. Spent the day out on the ice and came in to a shower that was very hot and had great pressure. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Would love to stay here again at some point."
