All appliances worked as they should close to dollar store to grab a couple items that we needed for the kitchen and there is a steamer not an iron Definitely would return to this location"

"My stay at this establishment was Excellent. Any questions or concerns that I may have had were addressed immediately and reconciled swiftly. I was only there for 3 nights and I wish that I could’ve stayed longer. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it. "We were heading to The House of Pharm to celebrate friends birthdays. There were 8 of us. We had read the reviews and knew the outside was a work in progress but the inside was beautiful. They have done extensive work inside and it looks Great now. Lots of space. This is a great private location and was easy to find. We were only there over night but can see the potential of this property for family and friends who are visiting the Niagara area "

"We loved our accommodations and we were Uber comfortable, myself, my professional adult daughter, her husband and their cockapoo puppy. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were 2 full baths. The fully fenced yard was a bonus for the dog and we made full use of the hottub. Wish there had been a hand mixer as I had to make 2 kinds of pudding and whip cream by hand otherwise, stellar."

"There were challenges with the digital lock system. Rectifying them was a challenge. The place wasn't as clean as we would have liked and there were still signs of the previous guest(s). Also...the main upper sink didn't drain properly. It worked for our needs and was really just a place to sleep so things were fine...not great, but fine."

"We rented a house with friends and were disappointed when we entered the house. Rules are pasted around the house, but the host forgot the main rule that the house must be cleaned. When I wrote to him about issues,he just said sorry and stopped answering my messages. I wrote to customer service, added a photo, because all the appliances in the kitchen were dirty, the refrigerator inside too. There were no detergents for the dishwasher. The bathrooms were also dirty, there was garbage all over...

"We arrived to gross bloody tampons and feces diapers spread all over side entrance, when contacting owner they said sorry but did nothing about it, thanks to my husband for cleaning it up. The grounds were nothing like the pictures as the grass was not cut, brush all over and not nice. The inside of the cottage was great, very clean and kept well. Broken toilet seat in the downstairs and if you do rent be sure to bring extra kitchen supplies as we were very limited. 2 garbage bags supplied but...
