Our waitress was so lovely Cons: Found the bed to be really uncomfortable and the pillow even worse. However my husband had no issues! I’m a front sleeper and the huge square pillow was just not comfortable "

"I liked that the rooms are clean, newly renovated, and that the staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Natalie: Thank you for your help re check-in. The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia.
