駐車場は5台分位有。カーナビで宿泊所を検索した際、リニューアルしたという事で出てきませんでしたが前施設のクリンゲルバウムの住所で合っています。宿泊の際、公式サイトにアプリを利用した施錠方法が書かれてあり、うまく行かず、手動で内鍵を掛けることに。外鍵は廊下の壁に掛けられています。入り口に自販機。パンやたこ焼き等販売。電子マネー可。チェックインやチェックアウトはLINEで友達追加して行います。1Fに台所と食事場所テラス席。キッチンに食器や調理道具（包丁やフライパン・鍋の種類が多い。ホットサンドメーカーも有）コンロはガスとIH両方有。調味料や即席麺・レトルトは有料。コンビニで販売されているものの方が安価。有料を利用した際は、設置された小瓶にお金を入れます。部屋でテレビを見ようとしたのですが、アンテナが接続されていませんでした。少し残念です。部屋には、付近の病院、コンビニ・スーパーの住所と時間が書かれてあり助かりました。浴室は3点ユニットバス。テラスは2テーブルと6椅子。バーベキュー可。階段を降りると外にも席有。2Fにアメニティ設置。シーツとタオルは無料。シーツは自分でかけます。今度また来ます
